Boiler Replacement

Boiler Replacement
According to the Energy Saving Trust, replacing an inefficient Gas, Oil or LPG Boiler with a modern A-rated condensing boiler can save you up to £300 per year on your heating and hot water costs.
Arranging three free surveys and quotes through EnergyLink allows you to shop around and compare prices. All our Installers are accredited local companies who are registered with the necessary trade bodies including Gas Safe and OFTEC.

What types of Boiler are available?

Our accredited Installers can either fit a system boiler with a hot water cylinder or a combination boiler that produces instant hot water. All units are A-rated condensing boilers which means they have an efficiency rating of over 90%. Gas, Oil and LPG boilers are available from leading brands, including Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Ideal and Vaillant.

How much do they cost?

Replacing a Gas or LPG boiler costs between £1,500 to £2,500 depending on the make of boiler and the amount of work required. Oil boilers are more expensive and cost in the region of £3,000 to £4,000. It is important to shop around several accredited Installers before choosing the best quote.

How much can I save?

Replacing an inefficient boiler can save you between £60 and £300 per year on heating costs. The amount saved will depend on how efficient the old boiler is, what type of fuel is used and the the type of property the boiler is being installed in.

How can EnergyLink help?

Once you have completed our short enquiry form, an Energy Advisor will telephone you to explain the options and answer any questions you may have. If you are happy to proceed, they will arrange for up to 3 approved local Installers to contact you. Each Installer will book a convenient time to carry out a free survey and provide you with a written quotation afterwards.
